Works registered with the Ministry of Culture are subject to two types of registration: optional and mandatory. While registration is based on declaration, it facilitates the proof of the identity of the person or persons who created the work. OPTIONAL REGISTRATION / RECORDING: According to Article 13 of the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and the Regulation on the Registration and Recording of Intellectual and Artistic Works, MANDATORY REGISTRATION / RECORDING APPLICATIONS are carried out in accordance with Article 13 of the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.
